What helps us help you
If a video went wrong, tell us roughly when you made it and which email address you signed in with. If it is about a payment, the amount and the date are usually enough for us to find it, even when the card was in someone else's name.
Billing and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page, and cancelling stops the next charge. If you were charged for something you did not mean to buy, email us and we will sort it out.
Deleting your account
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We remove your account, your videos and the stored files behind them.
